Project Abstract
Online web application provides a largest platform for user interaction such as virtual learning
systems. A large number of web based applications have been developed to facilitate users in
different ways. However, the real intentions of all web applications may vary from product to
product. The popularity and adoption of web applications have greatly helped us to spread
information widely. Due to their rapid growth, there is a huge demand to develop best and
effective learning solutions by adopting different ways. In this system, students can learn their
desired course and a virtual environment of a class room will be presented, Instructor instructs the
students, their desired course at real-time. It will be a very helpful e-learning project that will
facilitate students world-wide.
Introduction
Our aim is to develop a real-time virtual leaning system in which students can learn by sitting at
their places world-wide. Then they will be able to improve their education skills by learning
online in their apartment, office, etc. All students can interact with each other at real-time by
logging into their account. In this learning system, students can learn courses of their choice.
When lecture starts, then a virtual environment of a class room will be presented. Instructor
instructs the students their desired course at real-time. It will be a very helpful e-learning project
that will facilitate students world-wide. Students pay their fees online by using their credit cards
or other online services. They can also interact with each other during class just like we can do in
a real time class. Students should have cameras for live interaction. In other words, we are going
to build an e-learning system that will depict a real time class room environment.
Motivation and Scope
Due to recent advancements in web technology, it encourages developers to invent systems which
solve human problems by adopting different approaches, like online shopping, online learning
etc. Many sites for learning are available online for free or at reasonable prices. However, a more
efficient system of education is required to implement the real time online education for the
students world-wide. This system will include different short courses available for the students.
Each course has different fee. Students will choose courses of their choice, register there by
paying fee. Then they will be eligible to attend their class online.
Related Work
Already available system is virtual university system. In this system, students are unable
to interact with instructor and it is difficult for them to find the solution of any query
during class. Our system will provide facility to the students to interact with the instructor
and will also give solution of their query at real-time.

Goals and Objectives
The objective is to develop an online e-learning system at real-time by providing a list of
all courses which helps students to enhance their knowledge by registering in that
specific course. E-learning system will follow a standard time zone to educate the
students registered in that specific course. Everyone have interaction with the instructor
during class.
Goal is to offer a highly intelligent and intellectual system that will provide distance
learning at real-time.
Individual Tasks
Will be decided after gathering information about Software Requirement Specification (SRS).
