which, in many cases, do not share information requiring same information to be
manually entered multiple times contributing to data entry errors and wasted manhours of productivity
Maximize efficiencies by aligning legacy systems which support
stand-alone processes into an integrated framework designed to effectively develop,
manage, and deliver training to the end user – analyze high impact areas along the
core value stream – identify 5 to 6 core processes which are target areas of value by
making process improvement, reducing duplication, increasing data validity and
training productivity

For Naval training staff-members who need to access or update
information about training equipment, the CeTARS “enterprise
Training & Equipment Management (eTEM)” module delivers realtime access to an authoritative data source of training equipment
located throughout the NETC claimancy.
•
By providing Headquarters, Learning Center and Learning Site
managers with software tools to analyze, manage, monitor and
report on inventory oversight responsibilities, eTEM breaks the
paradigm of other schoolhouse inventory systems by linking the
equipment data to the Courses managed within each activity.
•
eTEM will allow users to determine equipment requirements for the
commands training curriculum and, using on-hand inventory levels,
find equipment shortages and excess materials.
