If the Deal was shared with a non-Cisco email address (or an email that is not linked to a CCO ID), the contact will need to click the Access Shared Deal link instead. The Access Shared Deal dialog box will display. Enter the Access Key and Deal ID, and click the Continue button. The contact received an email with the Access Key and Deal ID.
