Partner with other companies: Teaming, JV, Mentor Protégé, etc.
Complete jobs on time, profitable and with good scorecards
Hire qualified management staff from PM, Estimators, to Operations, accounting,
CPA, legal, etc.
Have weekly status meetings on each job and on the financial strength of the
company
Meet at least twice a year with your banker, bond agent, attorney, CPA around the
table
Progressively increase the size of jobs that we execute
Keep your overhead low
