employs more than 40,000 people. The company
manufactures products at about 100 production sites
in more than 20 countries.
Subsidiary companies develop and manufacture
industrial tools worldwide.
STG Lab Services delivered a first of a kind
implementation of a full redundant IBM SAP HANA
Desaster Recovery (DR) appliance based on the
new x3850 X6 Platform. The Disaster Recovery
appliance was spread over two data centres for high
availability in case of disaster in Brussels, Belgium.
The service also covered training and consulting for
the installed IBM SAP HANA appliance to enable the
customer on operational aspects.

A France based, worldwide operating food company.
Their businesses are flour mills and french bakery
products served in over 50 countries.
STG Lab Services delivered an on-site installation
and configuration of two AC32S512S IBM SAP
HANA appliances in a High Availability setup for the
company as future productive core part of a new
SAP landscape of overall 6 appliances.
These are distributed over two locations and will be
replicated for increased availability.
The service ensures the complex configuration
between OS, GPFS and SAP HANA. This Lab
Service installation service allows an effective use
and support of the IBM SAP HANA appliances.

A multinational brewing and beverage company
headquartered in London, United Kingdom. It is the
world's second-largest brewer. It has operations in 75
countries across Africa, Asia, Australia, Europe,
North America and South America and sells around
21 billion liters of lager per year.
STG Lab Services provided further expansion of a
business critical IBM SAP HANA production system.
The Scale-Out cluster was expanded to increase
HANA Database capacity in customer data center in
Frankfurt/Main.
This service ensures the complex configuration
between OS, Network, GPFS and SAP HANA
Platform edition is properly installed and configured
for effective use and support of the IBM SAP HANA
appliance.

photocopiers, digital production printing presses, and
related consulting services and supplies. This
company also offers managed IT services and runs
own data centres.
STG Lab Services delivered consulting and technical
assistance for the implementation of a Disaster
Tolerant IBM SAP HANA Appliance. Th company is
running the Disaster Tolerant environment in two data
centres near Telford as a managed service in the UK.
SAP-HANA installation/configuration service
 Extensive sessions with customer to plan system
setup, network setup and installation in two data
centres.
 Design, plan and implementation of a GPFS based
Disaster Tolerance setup and supporting migration
from an existing customer environment.
 Replacement of a failed node in an existing
Disaster Tolerance setup.

configuration and verification for seamless
integration into customer network and existing
