Construction Value: ~$155,000
Project Scope and Schedule: The District is hoping to have this contract approved by March 1, 2016. NTP to
contractor could be issued as early as March 1, 2016.
The project consists of installation of 2 new fume hoods in the College of San Mateo Science Building 36 Chemistry
labs. Scope includes demolition of existing cabinetry and tie-in to existing exhaust ductwork; compressed air, water,
and make-up air. Work to be performed May 28, 2016, through June 24, 2016. Prior weeks of contract period for
submittals and acquisition of long lead time equipment.

Pre-Bid Conference / Site Visits: Thursday, February 11, 2016, and Tuesday, February 16, 2016, College of San

attendance at one of the pre-bid site visits is mandatory.
