START-UP PROCEDURE







Place color drum close to process and install pickup tube
Install supply tube to process as required, directly
into feed throat or pre-mixer
Connect power cord and signal cord (injection) or
extrusion following signal
Install pump tube; counter on 20 in continuous
mode
Prime pump; counter on 60 in continuous mode
Calculate setting with formula and set counter
Switch to “Cycle” for injection or continuous for
extrusion
