This type of hearing automatically takes place within 4 days of being placed on 14 day hold. What is a Probable Cause Hearing (PCH)? Midnight on the 14th calendar day. What is the end of a 14 day hold? As soon as you receive a certification for Intensive Treatment you may request this to get out of the hospital. What is a Writ of Habeas Corpus? The Welfare & Institution Code that allows certification for intensive treatment related to a mental disorder or impairment by chronic alcoholism for a period of 14 days. What is a 5250?
