are NOT included in the purchase price. Training Manuals however are provided to each participant for

Basic ICD-10-CM: Thorough review of ICD-10-CM guidelines,
followed by hands-on coding practice from each section of the ICD-10-CM codeset. Cost $689.95
Advanced ICD-10-CM: A review of recent updates to coding guidelines and official guidance, followed
by a more in-depth review of complex ICD-10-CM conditions. Cost $329.00
Basic ICD-10-PCS: This comprehensive workshop includes a review of root operations and
documentation required for code assignment in ICD-10-PCS. The final day includes case studies to
promote MS-DRG reporting accuracy. Cost $939.95
Advanced ICD-10-PCS: A review of recent updates to coding guidelines and official guidance, followed
by a more in-depth review of complex ICD-10-PCS procedures. Cost $329.00
ICD-10-PCS for Small Facilities: While there are nearly 70,000 ICD-10-PCS codes, chances are in critical
access and other small facilities, you will only be concerned with a small subset of codes. This
abbreviated ICD-10-PCS class focuses on root operations and codes more commonly needed for small
facilities. Cost $289.00

WHO ARE WE: Administrative Consultant Service, LLC (ACS) is a corporation providing consultation to
improve the clinical and financial outcomes of healthcare. Beginning in 1985, ACS was established for
the purpose of assisting hospitals by uniting the efforts of the physicians, nurses, coders and the case
management/ utilization review staff to achieve optimal reimbursement and cost efficient, high quality

CERTIFICATIONS:
Sessions have been approved by AHIMA, AAPC, and
ACDIS. The Basic ICD-10-CM course is also approved by BMSC. Certificates will be awarded to
participants upon successful completion of each portion of the curriculum.
ENROLLMENT: Our classroom space is limited and registrations will be accepted on a first-come, firstserved basis. Payment is due in full with registration.
REFUNDS: No refunds or credits of any payment will be made for notification of withdrawal within 30
days of the start of the class. Prior to that time, a full refund of the registration fee will be available.
Substitutions are allowed upon notice to ACS.
CANCELLATIONS: We reserve the right to cancel a class if minimum enrollments are not met. In which
case, all tuition and fees will be fully refunded. Notification of cancellation will be made by phone and
email at least 3 days prior to the start of the class at which time, students will be offered the option of
another class, space permitting, or a full refund.
