Events: (Martial) Talked to Campground…we can use access road, so we have to collect
money for campground also. He will talk to campground to figure out logistics of how we
will work it. We will play it out by ear of when we will begin registration. We will put up
a sign at the end of access road so people know where to go. We have to block off use to
the other road so no one can go the camp ground.

Two scholarships were assigned. I have been in direct contact and recipients were
informed to find me at get registration table upon arrival.
EACYPAA and ESCYPAA host will have outreach tables

HMB Liaison: Going to get a list together for 12 step call with Siobhan
Web-Master: Website up to date, added minutes and link for marathon meeting slots

12 Step Call: Got ahold of Nicole to begin trying to get us on 12 step call list
Archivist: Safe and Dry- will get tshirts to add from Alicia
Literature/Grapevine: Jason will look into getting 4 Bigbooks for Bonfire

Set-Up/Clean- Up: Vacant
Old Business: Pat D. will be speaking Sat with Sam from Long Island, Mike M from
NENYYPAA will speak on Friday.

There are T-Shirts missing… Martial said the steering committee needs to get together to
try to sort out missing money/t-shirts
