HELLO, I’M DR. LEONARD G. HOROWITZ, and this
is a Special Report on the growing emergency
outbreak of Ebola now commanding governments and
the media worldwide to make some difficult decisions
to save lives.

intelligence I share, several days ago, Google/
YouTube cancelled my YouTube account, claiming I
had violated copyright laws, even though every video
I posted was legal and lawful under fair usage
freedoms of the press for public service in protecting
people’s lives, primarily, exposing as I have, the risks
to people worldwide of pandemics sourcing from
biological weapons laboratories, including HIV/AIDS
and the current Ebola emergency.
I am also the author of the American bestelling book,
Emerging Viruses: AIDS & Ebola, Nature Accident or
Intentional?, and in a minute, to help everyone grasp
what is really happening with the current Ebola
pandemic, and people’s growing fears about this
horrible infection, I am going to tell you how to

Before I do that, however, I want to tell you about
another free video that you should watch after this
one, blocked on YouTube, but still playing on
You/Tube’s competitor VIMEO. On VIMEO’s
Revolution Television Channel, that features my works
as well as investigative journalists Sherri Kane’s
educational videos, there is a video there titled
“NSA/CIA Trolls Destroy Heroes to Profit Villains:
Snowden/Wikileaks Evidence Protection Racket for
Death Industry” that you must watch, as it details how
information and propaganda is being controlled
everywhere, but especially on the Internet, to fuel
fears, plagues, and wars, obviously profiting multinational corporations and intelligence agencies
heavily invested in Google, the largest Internet
Service Providers, and the media in general, including
supposedly “independent” news sources.
The Chapter I have authorized to be distributed to you
for free in light of the growing Ebola emergency
includes a scientific literature review of the real origin
of the Ebola virus from American and German
biological weapons labs in 1967, with the first major
publicized outbreak in 1976.
For years I have lectured stating, “No epidemic in
Earth’s history, has ever evolved divorced from
major socio-economic and political upheaval.”

None, not the Black Plague in the 1300s, and not the
current Ebola outbreak reported to have come from
some yet to be determined “natural reservoir” in South
East Guinea. In this case, the major socio-political
and economic upheaval exists in the current Ebola
outbreak’s epicenter in Guinea, really Liberia in
Central West Africa. And I conclude, based on my
knowledge of science, history, geopolitics and
economics, that the current Ebola Zaire strain
frightening and killing people worldwide came from a
refrigerator, not some yet to be determine animal or
“natural reservoir.”
Let me first comment of a recent World Health
Organization press release from March, 2014, when
the current Ebola outbreak began. It says here:
That although the Ministry of Health (MoH) of Guinea
notified WHO of the outbreak from “forested areas,”
“Six of seven blood samples tested at Institut Pasteur
in Lyon, France were positive for Ebola virus . . . ,
confirming the first Ebola haemorrhagic fever
outbreak in Guinea.” And “the Ebola species is
confirmed to be the [Ebola] Zaire” strain.
Seven additional cases were confirmed by the
Institute Pasteur laboratory . . . facilitated by the World
Health Organization or WHO…

The WHO report goes on to claim that at this early
stage of the pandemic, “Two suspect cases tested
negative by the Institut Pasteur deployed in Guinea . .
. .” That the “Initial reports suggest that the suspect
case in Canada who travelled to Liberia also tested
negative.” And “Two samples from six suspect cases
including five deaths from Liberia have being taken
and are to be investigated.”
Now you see that typo or grammatical error in that
sentence? Maybe that was no error, but really a
distraction, diversion, or psychological ploy to divert
from the reported lack of information about Guinea,
but the deaths that occurred in Liberia, where the
pandemic has been most devastating.
I will describe my concerns about the Liberian
socioeconomic, political, and commercial environment
in a minute, but I suggest you pay attention next to
the fraudulent background on Ebola, published by the
WHO in this official early release, because it strongly
evidences scientific fraud and pure propaganda!
Their March 25 Press Release goes on to state that
“Ebola Virus disease outbreaks occur primarily in
remote villages in Central and West Africa, near
tropical rainforests,” that “The virus is transmitted to
people from wild animals,” although they have no

legitimate scientific support whatsoever to make that
claim. They further claim that “Fruit bats of the
Pteropodidae family are considered to be the natural
host of the Ebola virus.” And to support that bogus
claim, strongly evidencing fraud and conspiracy to
commit bioterrorism and mass murder through the
U.S. Centers for Disease Control (CDC) in Atlanta,
that ridiculous statement is primarily supported by a
January 16, 2013, Report by the Environmental Front
organization called, EcoHealth Alliance in New York,
titled, “Ebola Virus Antibodies in Fruit Bats,
Bangladesh” published by the CDC’s own vanity
press.
Now first, Bangladesh is in Asia, not Africa. Second,
the study allegedly found only 4% of 276 bats
supposedly tested positive for antibodies, 96% tested
negative, and the 4% positive may have been an
artifact, or error, just like that grammatical error in the
WHO’s propaganda I just read you. And that this
alleged antibody discovery may be either a laboratory
error, or more likely frank scientific fraud, because;
number 3, and this is most important, this appears to
be the same scam that the CDC committed in 1967
immediately following the outbreak of the mother of
Ebola, called the Marburg virus, at which time the
CDC clearly sabotaged international efforts to locate
the source of the outbreak.

As you can read in the portion of my book that I am
going to give you as a free download, one of the most
esteemed scientists in the world of emerging viruses
at that time, Dr. Rudolph Siegert of the Hygiene
Institute of the Phillipps University in Marburg,
Germany, the city where the virus first broke out from
a vaccine manufacturing plant, as it also did
simultaneously in Frankfurt, Germany, and Belgrade,
Yugoslavia at that time, this earliest outbreak sourced
from a shipment of 500-600 contaminated monkeys
supplied by Litton Bionetics Research labs—a leading
US military biological weapons contractor and the
vaccine industry’s leading supplier of monkeys and
monkey viruses for cancer research and vaccine
development.
A study conducted into the source of those infected
monkeys censored the name and bioweapons
operations of Litton’s Bionetics’s animal and virus
supply company, shipping contaminated animals,
newly developed viruses, and virus growth media, to
bioweapons contractors in Falls Church, Virginia, and
the Congo (also called Zaire), where Ebola broke out
in 1976.
In that 1967 case of scientific fraud and International
deceit, Dr. Siegert published that the “Monkeys
themselves did not seem to be the probable natural
reservoir of the mother of Ebola. He wrote that the
CDC’s blood studies conducted by the “Special Virus
Studies Laboratory” in 1968, claimed “50 per cent of

animals reacted positively to the antibody test,” but
international studies failed to confirm this finding. In
fact, all the other studies found no antibodies. Siegert
wrote in conclusion, “With such widespread [CDCalleged] contamination, it is difficult to imagine why no
cases have occurred until now involving humans
having close contact with monkeys.”
My research goes on to explain and evidence, using
actual copies of U.S. Government, National Cancer
Institute Contracts, that the Ebola virus was bioengineered for bioterrorism and quick kill population
control by the same labs that brought us HIV/AIDS
from contaminated chimpanzees used to produce the
earliest hepatitis B vaccines tested in gay men in New
York City, and Black women in Central Africa.
In fact, YouTube just blocked my channel containing
my videos extracted from my documentary titled “In
Lies We Trust: the CIA, Hollywood & Bioterrorism” in
which the maker of that vaccine, Dr. Maurice
Hilleman, admitted what I am telling you here. That he
brought the AIDS virus into North America in
contaminated animals used to develop and test
Merck’s hepatitis B vaccines.
But getting back to Ebola, I show you in the book
Emerging Viruses: AIDS and Ebola—Nature, Accident
or Intentional? that another world leading expert in
emerging viruses, Dr. Seymour Kalter, proved that the
antibody test used by the CDC was not specific
enough to evidence Ebola virus infection in the

animals.” He confirmed Dr. Siegert’s conclusion that
the CDC sent the virology world on a wild goose
chase. And Today, the CDC is sending the scientific
world on a wild bat chase using the same scam.
Now consider what is happening in Liberia today,
besides the Ebola devastation, reflecting on what I
stated at the beginning of this video, that “no epidemic
in earth’s history evolved divorced from major socioeconomic and political upheaval. In fact, Liberia
appears to be the world’s most tumultuous and
controversial country on Earth, socio-politically,
economically, and commercially, as related to new oil
drilling operations off its coast, and money in-pouring
from the International Monetary Fund, due largely to
the work of the country’s high-profile president, Ellen
Johnson Sirleaf, the winner of the 2011 Nobel Peace
Prize, and 2012 Indira Gandhi Prize for Peace,
Disarmament and Development
.
Ms. Sirleaf, was awarded an honorary Doctor of Law
degree from Harvard University, my alma mater, in
2011, and the African Gender Award that same year
despite being openly opposed to homosexuality. She
also won the 2010 Friend of the Media in Africa
Award, despite gross corruption in the county
persecuting journalists who expose political
corruption. As of today 2014, Ms. Sirleaf is listed as
the 70th most powerful woman in the world by Forbes
magazine.

According to Wikipedia, which is widely known to be a
mouthpiece for Western Intelligence, President Sirleaf
offered the United States land to establishment the
United States Africa Command (AFRICOM), but
America refused her offer, instead using Stuttgart,
Germany for the command’s headquarters.
Recently Sirleaf strengthened relations with the
People's Republic of China, reaffirming Liberia's
commitment to the One-China policy.[54] In return,
China contributed to Liberia's reconstruction, building
several broadcasting transmitters to extend the
Liberia Broadcasting System and a new campus for
the University of Liberia.[55][56]
So at the same time wooing China and America, two
nations vying for military and economic dominance
over earth, with both superpowers cranking out
increasing amounts of propaganda to justify World
War III, Sirleaf encourages peace and condemns all
war-makers!
Now most people who have studied history, or my
books and films, know that at the heart of America’s
military might, as well as our emerging diseases
defense industry, stands the Rockefeller family, the
Rockefeller Foundation, Rockefeller-directed
American Public Health Association, the American

Medical Association, the Rockefeller-directed
JPMorgan/Chase banking cartel, and the Rockefellercontrolled ExxonMobil Energy Company.
Most people who have studied my works know that
viral outbreaks and bioterrorism are most often
schemed and administered to advance commercial
AND political agendas that go hand-in-hand with the
media fanning flames of fear. The 2001 anthrax
mailings in the wake of 9-11, what many of us now
believe was an “inside job,” is one classic example of
a bioterrorist act conducted to sell the deadly drug
CIPRO, as well as the U.S. Patriot Act, both in one fell
swoop.
The CIPRO sales scam was aided and abetted by the
CDC and FDA that falsely claimed the toxic antibiotic
CIPRO was the best way to treat anthrax—a total
deadly and debilitating lie; and the Patriot Act was
used to condemn Americans to a corporate fascist
globalist regime, controlled by the multinational
corporations that work through Wall Street and
Goldman Sachs to control the US Treasury and US
Military from Berlin and London. The Model State
Emergency Health Powers act that most states
passed thanks to the Patriot Act, the synchronous
anthrax mailings, and media-driven fears, enabled the
banksters who direct the Rockefeller-built United
Nations, and its component World Health
Organization, to issue directives to every State, and

local public health directors, to order citizens across
the United States or Canada to be vaccinated or
drugged with whatever poison the cartel wishes to
administer at any time, to any population who is
allegedly “at risk,” such as now with the growing
Ebola emergency.
Not surprisingly, the initial proposal for the Model
State Emergency Health Powers Act was drafted at
the request of the CDC during the anthrax letter
attacks in 2001. It’s author stated that it took him less
than four weeks to prepare the act that now holds
Americans legally hostage to a racketeering
enterprise profiting from media-driven fears, contrived
outbreaks, and mass murder, otherwise called
genocide.
Likewise, not surprisingly, the epicenter of this new
Ebola outbreak, Liberia, is home to new offshore oil
drilling by Exxon/Mobil and Chevron, two companies
evolved from Rockefeller’s Standard Oil cartel that
have horrible environmental records and histories of
lawsuits brought on by native or aboriginal people in
many nations.
On the boards of directors of these companies sit, for
example, serving ExxonMobil, Kenneth Frasier, “the
Chairman, President and CEO of the Merck

pharmaceutical company. After joining Merck as
general counsel, he directed the company's defense
against litigations over the anti-inflammatory drug
Vioxx. Frazier is the first African-American to lead a
major drug company.”
And joining Frazier at Exxon/Mobil is William C.
Weldon, who in 2011, was named by the New York
Times on its list of "The Worst C.E.O.'s of 2011" for
the increased number of Johnson & Johnson products
recalled under his leadership.[7] Additionally, as of
2013, Frazier’s story is a case study in poor
Leadership & Corporate Accountability taught at
Harvard Business School detailing his unethical
leadership.] Weldon, by the way, retired as chairman
of Johnson & Johnson in 2012 with a reported
pension of $143.5 million, not bad for a man who
currently sits on the David Rockefeller-directed,
JPMorgan Chase & Co. Board of Directors.
Alternatively, we have Chevron’s board of directors
making deals with Liberian President Sirleaf for land
and oil leases, including Donald Rice, who just
happens to have been born in Frederick Maryland,
home of America’s biological weapons command at
Fort Detrick. Rice served as President George H.W.
Bush’s Secretary of the Airforce, and chief operating
officer of the RAND Corporation--a major military think
tank for commercial acquisitions enriching private
investors. Rice is joined by Ronald Sugar, past

chairman of the board and chief executive officer of
Northrop Grumman Corporation, a global defense
company, currently also on the board of directors of
Apple, Inc. And let us not neglect Carl Ware,
responsible for expanding African-American markets
for coca cola. Ware sits on the board of directors of
the Council on Foreign Relations, the most powerful
private organization directing American politics,
policies, and profit-making opportunities for this goodole boys racketeering enterprise.
Now none of the aforementioned facts is a smoking
gun to my conclusion that the current Ebola outbreak
was created by these menaces to society, public
health, and world peace, through their covert
operations with American and British intelligence
agents and agencies that know where Ebola is stored,
in refrigerators. This best explains how and why Ebola
is periodically loosed to generate frights, political hits,
and profitable population reduction. After all,
refrigerators are only common sense explanation for
this virus’s reappearance after many years of
disappearance, suddenly then returning in different
parts of Africa, separated by very long distances; and
explained so fraudulently by officials at the CDC, and
intelligence agencies that work to suppress journalists
like me, by contriving, for example, copyright
violations on YouTube.

Another compelling piece of evidence is the manner
in which I have been attacked, harassed, and
censored by America’s leading Internet trolls,
including those who caused my YouTube channel to
be terminated, courtesy of Google and the CIA. For
