Proposed Amendment to Bylaws Article II, Sections 5 and 7 Section 5 Voting Rights The persons entitled to receive notice of, and to vote at, any members' meeting shall be determined from the records of the corporation on the date of mailing of the notice except for non-voting members as described in Section 7(c) below.
