The Tenderer should however complete the following: Section 3 (only fields marked with yellow text) Appendix 1A Activities in the Clarification Phase Appendix 1B Detailed time schedule and development and implementation plan shall be filled out the Clarification Phase. In section 3 Main Time Schedule, a number of fields are marked with yellow and the Tenderer must fill in these fields. If the yellow field contains a date, the date may be changed by the Tenderer. If the yellow field does not contain a date, a date must be inserted by the Tenderer. Dates that are filled in by the Customer and not marked with yellow, are Minimum Requirements and may not be changed by the Tenderer. The Tenderer shall in Appendix 1A describe how the Tenderer will handle the activities of the Clarification Phase. Any guiding text in the Appendix is indicated in yellow and in yellow fields where the Tenderer's input on the matters is wanted. The yellow colour and guiding texts will be deleted on conclusion of the Contract, so that only the Tenderer's descriptions are left. The overall objective of the Time Schedule is to set times for the activities relevant in connection with the Delivery. The Tenderer shall be aware of the fact that many tests are to be undertaken as part of the Delivery. Many of the tests will include the Customer or the end Users. This may take time and shall be taken into account in the test time schedule. The Tenderer shall allocate 5 Working Days for the usability test. The Tenderer shall allocate time in the Time Schedule for implementing the results of the usability test. The Tenderer shall allocate 10 Working days for the beta-test. The Tenderer shall allocate time in the time schedule for implementing the results of the beta-test. The load test is in the Time Schedule listed after the beta-tests, but the Tenderer may choose to undertake the load test earlier. Consideration must be shown for normal Danish holiday periods during which the Customer's employees cannot be expected to be at work. This section under the heading "Guidelines to Tenderer" will not form part of the final Contract. A significant part of the main Time Schedule in section 3 relates to the test required by the Customer. A detailed description of the tests can be found in Appendix 14. The Acceptance Test will take place after delivery of the System. If the route planner Option (Option 2) (cf. section 4) is ordered, an acceptance test will also be carried out for the Option. 2.2 CLARIFICATION PHASE After the Contract is signed ("Signing"), the Clarification Phase will commence. As mentioned in the Contract (clause 5.2), the object of the Clarification Phase is to provide an insight for the Supplier into the Customer’s needs, business procedures and IT environment, and to provide the Customer with an insight into the Supplier’s solution proposal with a view to achieving a further specification of the content and purpose of the Delivery in particular. The work with the Requirements Specification and the Solution Description is explained in the Contract (clause 5.2). Furthermore, the Clarification Phase contains the following activities that shall be undertaken as separate activities: A. A detailed system description B. A detailed user interface design C. A detailed specification of all system interfaces and how they will be integrated in the solution D. A detailed project plan A. A detailed System description The Supplier shall provide a detailed description of the architectural design, logic architecture, communication architecture and data architecture. Each component in the architecture shall be described in detail. Deployment architecture shall be described including operational environment. B. A detailed user interface design The Supplier shall provide a detailed design of all user interface parts using the tools meant for the final solution. The design shall be in conformance with the mock-up provided by the Customer as specified in the requirement specification. It shall be possible for the Customer to easily see and understand the user interface. The detailed user interface is included in Appendix 3B1 and considered as part of the Solution Description. C: A detailed specification of all system interfaces and how they will be integrated in the System The Supplier shall – with assistance from the Customer - provide a detailed specification of all the System interfaces and specify how input will be validated and updated in the System. The detailed specification of the System interfaces is included in Appendix 3B1 and considered as part of the Delivery Description. D: Detailed time schedule and development and implementation plan The Supplier shall present a detailed time schedule and development and implementation plan in Appendix 1B for the activities undertaken during the Delivery Phase. 3 MAIN TIME SCHEDULE Milestones and most important activities Date Expected date of signature of the Contract 8 April 2015 Clarification Phase 1. Service Level test passed [Insert date] 4 TIME SCHEDULES AND TIME LIMITS FOR ORDERING OPTIONS If the Route planner Option (option 2) is ordered during the Clarification Phase, cf. section Error! Reference source not found., the Option must be delivered according to the Time Schedule of section Error! Reference source not found.. If the Route planner Option is ordered after the end of the Clarification Phase, cf. section 2.2, such delivery will be effected as a Separate Task, but with the same periods of times as described for the Route planner option in section 3. E.g. if the time from Start to Service Level Test passed is 3 month in the time schedule for the route planner in section 3, this will also be the case in the new time schedule just with a later starting date. The start date shall be less than one month after the Customer has ordered the Option, excepting that it cannot be before Service Level test passed of the main Delivery phase.
