Communication and technology agency (Becta) on behalf of the department of education and skills (DFES) to analyse the impact of information and communication technology (ICT) on school sector across Abeokuta North Local Government in Ogun state. In draws on range of publicity available literature, research finding, statement of problems, seeking out evidences of where the introduction of ICT has made reference to the day today experiences of teachers and students in the classroom and more widely with a focus on the compulsory school sector and how the school are able to make use of various types of technologies to aid the teaching they render. Everyday new technological advances affect the way information is handled in schools and information centers. The impact of new technology affect by schools in every aspect of computing technology, communication technology, and mass storage technology across the students. The ICT has been from it grassroot an integral part of learning, rather than appendix or adjunct. Oyedun (2007) define information and communication technology (ICT) as those materials found in schools that support learning, teaching and research processes, over the pass twenty-seven years schools have been affected by changes in information communication technology.
