Rubik3 (Rubik) is a professional services firm that provides business advisory
and ICT services to Government, Private Sector and Not-for-Profit sector
organisations.
Our goal is to work with clients to develop their business operations and

Why did we start Rubik:
• The majority of professional services firms provide services using the same
model that was used by McKinsey in 1926 – we want our firm to change
the game (long term partnerships with our clients that are based upon the
quality of our work)
• We feel that professional services firms are focused on creating revenue for
themselves, rather than providing a service for the client – we want our
success to be based upon how our work improves the capability and
performance of our clients businesses
• Firms as they grow lose their uniqueness and have difficulty in maintaining
the quality of their work as they increase in size – we dream of Rubik
becoming the best and the preferred supplier to government, not the
biggest or the most profitable.
