2. Check EDS Admin settings against current EBSCOhost setup - detailed process. Li (and

3. Customizations - all including customize colors, font, etc. for EDS. All - done

6. Review messages from Ashley of EBSCO. Lenore - done
7. Integrated search connectors check, plus full and federated. Lenore - done
8. Branding and content questionnaire and spreadsheet of electronic resources. Lenore

9. IP ranges for EDS servers - send to vendors - done

13. EDS full text linking - how will we link to articles from integrated/federated searches?

Fixes from Phase 2 – all done
1. Wording in multimedia search box.
2. Default search in multimedia is basic - change to advanced?
3. Descriptions for "free" resources that are missing.
4. All resources - find out status (full or integrated - see spreadsheet: S:\Electronic
Resources\EBSCO_Discovery_Service_EDS\.
5. Image for catalog records OK?
6. Ask for testing of catalog records - Li, Jen, Ref Team (?), and John.
7. Do we need to include the Document Type - most say, Language Material, for catalog
records?
8. Check list on ILS OneSearch website against final spreadsheet: S:\Electronic
Resources\EBSCO_Discovery_Service_EDS\.
9. Check problem integrated search connectors in OneSearch. in progress
10. E-Books limiters? Eventually have a search for all e-books in EDS.
11. ILL and Reference Teams - check catalog records to see what might be missing.
Even later... (2012) - Phase 3 - ongoing
1. IMS Global LTI standards investigation with EDS.
2. Work on customized search boxes even further for instruction and/or possible SEGUE
integration.
3. Set up A-Z list from SFX KB.
4. Set up search box for articles, e-books, e-journals and more.
