Working as a freelance consultant for firm called Maytra Advisors Pvt. Ltd. Developing ecommerce
website. Role carried out is of product architect whereby involved in designing and developing
ecommerce website. Also working designing and developing product related to exam management

databases for Pfizer Inc... Support includes routine DBA tasks such as backup and recovery of full and
partial databases using RMAN, performance tuning of SQL and PL/SQL code, system and
database performance tuning of Solaris/HP-UX/Linux multiprocessor shared database environments.

stead state. On technical front involved in setting up oracle databases which includes two node RAC
setup. Implementation and support of 10g migrations and upgrades from Oracle 9i and 10g
databasesSetup Weblogic application servers.Involved in mentoring the team, guiding team. Setting
performance goals for individuals and carrying out performance appraisals. Worked at Client place in
UK for Six months.
Project 2 – SOE Classic Client – BT

SOE Classic is a CRM application developed using COTS product Clarify from Amdocs. Played key role
in successfully transitioning project from earlier vendor (Accenture) and bringing it to steady state.
Technically involved in setting up Oracle databases, Weblogic application servers and Tuxedo, a
middle ware.Provide Oracle Application Server administration support.As a team, lead carried out team
management activities as well. Received Best team award as well individual performance award.
Instrumental in guiding team to develop deployment automation framework which has reduced the
deployment time by almost 70%.
