We want you to love your Buttercups purchase! That’s why we offer a full exchange on Buttercups Bras that are returned in their original
packaging, tags attached and in saleable condition within 15 days of purchase. Due to the intimate nature of our products, Buttercups
Strapless Bras, Bottoms, Accessories and Shapewear are for final sale and are not eligible for exchange.

Your product exchanges have to meet these 3 simple requirements:

The product is in an unused condition
All the tags, stickers, material and packaging accompanying the product are intact
The product was delivered to you within the last 15 days (from the date of receipt of product)
If ALL of the above requirements are met, please follow the steps below:
If not, your product is not eligible for exchange as per our Buttercups Exchange Policy.
1. Request an exchange by calling us on: +919008106622
Register your exchange request with our Customer Care representative. Once your request has been registered, you will receive an e-mail
with a link to pay the Exchange Fee (INR 250/-). After you have successfully paid your Exchange Fee, you will be mailed an Exchange
Number.
2. E-mail both your Order Number and Exchange Number at care@buttercups.in (Mail subject line: Buttercups Exchange)
3. Prepare your exchange package*
Please place the following items inside the Exchange Bag provided:
O The Product that you want to exchange
O The Accompanying Material like tags, stickers and other items
*Packing Your Exchange: All merchandise must be returned in its original condition, including the original packaging material and
documentation. Do not mark the original containers in any manner. Please be sure to send it in a box that will protect the original
packaging from being damaged by the shipping carrier.
4. Let us pickup your Exchange Package OR ship it to us yourself
If your address is serviceable for reverse pickup (our customer care would have informed you accordingly), you will hear from us within 2
working days or within 48 hours of placing your exchange request regarding the scheduling of your exchange package pickup.
