Miscellaneous IT Equipment, expiring 3/31/2015. Orders for Apple will be purchased through the
Computer Store using the tablet order form.

A series of KYOCERA printers have been approved by the Information Services Department for use
in the District. The award of contract was based on a lowest overall life cycle cost which included the
cost of the toner.

Florida. Respect is recognized under law as an agency serving the disabled and exempt from bid provisions
per Chapter 287, Part I, Florida Statutes, and other applicable local ordinances-Section 60E-1.005.
Services include the following:
1. Compatible/Remanufactured Toner Cartridges with services that include: a) changing of Cartridge(s); b)
Cleaning of Printer; c) Preventative Maintenance; d) Machine Diagnosis
2. Service may be charge based on your choice of either: a) Price per cartridge (as per prices in 3); or b) Cost
per Copy (CPC) – Code #250450000PPP
3. $0.01 - $0.03 per MONOCHROME Page or $0.10 - $0.15 per COLOR Page based on printer population
within school.
