 What historic and dramaturgical information must the
director and designer determine, and how?

are the dimensions and physical characteristics of
the playing space?
 For the purposes of this design investigation, consider
our current situation at Louis St. Laurent. Assume that
your play will not be performed in the theatre, but
instead in the dance studio. As a result, all technical
elements must be portable.
