All-of-Government Contract Participating Agency has a Requirement Pick a Provider Recruitment Service Order (RSO) Complete an RSO Provider sources Candidate Confirmation of Assignment Confirmation of Order AOG Admin Fee • Cabinet has decided that Agencies can keep cost savings from using the AoG contract • Agencies be charged a small Administration Fee so MBIE can recover the cost to develop, deliver and manage the of All-ofGovernment contracts, and other benefits of the wider Government Procurement Reform Programme • Admin Fee is currently 1.5% of Provider Fee + Base Pay, Additional Services • No Admin fee or Provider Fees are chargeable on on-costs or expenses Results • 44 Provider Contracts signed late September 2012 • Approx. 53 Participating Agencies (plus many more commitments) with 60% of Public Service Agencies joined • Further improvements planned • Feedback to date turning very positive: • easy to use • removing complexity and workload from Participating Agencies and Providers • anecdotal evidence from Providers is that they are starting to see new opportunities • cost savings are being achieved Questions?
