RECOMMENDATION Bolt-on the homegrown system to ERP is part of integration but make sure that ERP serve as Backbone for the entire system Middleware- many ERP company have their own third party vendor ask the ERP company the list of updated middleware applicable to them Make schedule maintenance for both ERP and other system that is integrated If the ERP system can do all the needs of the organization better never integrate another system Teamwork is the key of ERP success.
