12. Ensure that everyone delivering a service on behalf of Liverpool ONE including the
Customer Support Team, Cleaning and Waste Team and Gardeners, live the Liverpool
ONE brand and fully understands the ambassadorial role they play
13. Manage the team’s rotas to ensure effective staffing levels at all times optimizing
resources
14. Provide leadership and encouragement to the Facilities team to ensure the
development of Team Members to meet business and personal objectives whilst
identifying appropriate training requirements and constantly monitor accordingly
15. Undertake Performance Management Reviews for the Facilities Supervisors including
Training, Appraisals and Absence Management etc.
16. Responsible for the Nights operation of Liverpool ONE’s Control Room ensuring
service and safety across the scheme at all times
17. Oversee and provide leadership to the Control Room Team in emergency situations
including fire and bomb incidents, providing support to Control Room Team and
direction to the Facilities Supervisors
18. Maintain Control Room security and monitor life support systems, highlight faults and
arrange necessary repairs with M&E Contractors
19. Responsible for keeping up to date with Data Protection and ensuring Control Room
compliance at all times
20. Ensure emergency contact details are held by Control Room and are regularly
updated
21. Responsible for ensuring the cleanliness of all areas of Liverpool ONE, leading the
Facilities Team to ensure an effective cleaning schedule is in place at all time
22. Assist customers and occupiers with their enquires and maintain high standards at all
times whilst providing a first-hand response to customer comments, developing and
amending working practices where necessary to prevent reoccurrence
23. Forge and maintain positive relations with occupiers and assist with initiatives led by
Liverpool ONE management
24. Contribute generally to Liverpool ONE Management Company Limited supporting its
brand vision, values, aims and objectives, ensuring that consistent best practice is
