Ho has more than fifteen (18) years of experience in multiple venues of intellectual property (IP). He has served as IP litigation counsel for numerous international clients. His areas of experience also include strategizing and developing portfolios for an international client base. A nationally recognized patent lawyer, prior to joining IP Law Leaders, Mr. Ho held partner and senior counsel positions with Arent Fox; Venable; Genus Law Group; Hogan Hartson; Morris, Manning & Martin; and Novak Druce. Mr. Ho's practice has also included patent and trademark law, including domestic prosecution, patentability, validity and infringement opinions, licensing; and client counseling. Mr. Ho is particularly knowledgeable in the fields of computer hardware and software; data processing; electronic circuits and displays; image processing; integrated circuits; Internetrelated applications; medical devices; semiconductor and laser fabrications; and telecommunications. Mr. Ho has successfully represented major Taiwanese companies in complex multi-patent cases filed in the International Trade Commission (ITC) and federal district courts throughout the United States. Mr. Ho has also acted as a second opinion counsel for clients, and negotiated as well as settled large dollar matters favorably for clients. He has frequently spoken on such intellectual property topics as the Economic Espionage Act, information disclosure requirements before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, copyrights, and trademark and domain name registrations. He has also conducted numerous seminars in both English and Mandarin Chinese for intellectual property practitioners in Taiwan and China. His lecture series have featured numerous distinguished professionals in the IP field as lecturers, including Honorable Chief Judge Randall R. Radar of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit. Articles written by Mr. Ho have been published in legal journals such as the International Legal Society and Intellectual Property Management. As a guest speaker for the Voice of America, Mr. Ho spoke to worldwide listeners on various intellectual property issues such as copyright and publicity rights. Mr. Ho has also conducted numerous seminars in both English and Mandarin Chinese to intellectual property practitioners in Taiwan and China, and granted numerous interviews to major television station in Taiwan. ACTIVITIES Since entering the legal profession, Mr. Ho has maintained a pro bono practice serving Asian-American communities in the greater Washington D.C. area.
