4.4.4 Application Development and Support
We adopt our Focus Software Development Methodology (FocusSDM™) for Application
Development projects. FocusSMD™ is a System Development Methodology fully informed
by the Software Development Lifecycle methodology and contains step-by-step processes
and information on how software development projects should be managed. It assists in
guiding Projects Managers select the best solution’s processes towards success
implementation of a software project, independently of the size of the project. In addition to
including an entire methodology process, it also contains all of the templates, forms and
checklists needed and integrate to the various sub-model’s processes. It is suitable for all
