Understand and communicate the organizational structure, policies and financial information and regulatory activities. Schedule loss control assessments with property insurance carrier and follow up on implementation and communication of recommendations. Manage statement of property values and corresponding landlord and lender information Manage certificate of insurance compliance Review insurance language in Company contracts the Company Provide analytical analysis on claims trending and compliance trending Record, report, and manage non-general liability and non-workers compensation claims to insurance carrier which include but are not limited to floods, environmental events, and executive line coverage. Gather and provide benchmarking data to business leaders Manage Bonds process by partnering with the business as well as the bond broker to ensure that bonds are issued and renewed or eliminated as appropriate. Responsible for budget development, expense control and/or revenue generation for a department.
