Grading Policy
Each day the total number of points a student may earn is 3 points.
3pts. = Full Participation (rubrics for activities to follow)
*PE is a class that is participation and performance/effort based.
Consistent attendance and proper attire are very important.*
****Excused absences are doctor’s appointments, student activities and school office appointments****
When an absent is unexcused, there are make-up opportunities available. Be an advocate for yourself and speak with
your individual teacher to discuss these opportunities.

 Fitness Plan
 Muscle Lab
 Reflections
 Flip Cameras
 HR Activity
 Pedometers
 Small Group Projects
 Fitness Testing
 Any other activity that may improve the student’s Total Health (Physical, Mental and Social)
Physical Education Dress Requirement
Students will be required to change from school attire to proper physical education attire for daily physical education
classes. Proper Physical Education Attire consists of rubber soled, laced, athletic shoes, athletic shorts free from
zippers, buttons or snaps and a non-collared T-shirt. Sweatpants and sweatshirts are acceptable. All apparel must
conform to the “School Dress Code” which is included in the Student Handbook.
Locker Room Procedures
1. Lock your Lockers!!!!!!!!!

3. Report missing items to your PE teacher and Officer Keller
