Working with partners for inclusion

Supported setting up of an Office of Disability
Services at Indian Institute of Management,
Bangalore

Partnered with NOIDA Deaf Society –
− supporting English literacy of 250 deaf youth and
training them in skills for employment
− we now employ over 27 deaf people working in
BPO and ITO processes

Outsourced work to NGOs like Enable India
which becomes a tool of indirect employment of
persons with disabilities

Partnered with Fourthwave Foundation to
support a program aimed at inclusion of children
with disabilities in mainstream schools

Supported the setting up of NCPEDP (National
Centre for Promotion of Employment for
