eCIS confirmation page is due May 7
Please don't neglect this required portion of the course. Refer to your class syllabus under the "Deadlines & Standards" section:
"Participation in UT-Austin’s Electronic Course Instructor Survey (eCIS) is required.”
Near the end of the term, you will receive an automated notification from UT regarding the eCIS.
You have until the last day of class to log on and complete your eCIS. Print out your eCIS “Completed surveys” page. Initial and
submit this hard copy before the deadline.

(2) VERY IMPORTANT
Do not UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES print out, or in any way disclose the contents of your evaluation to me. That is not what I
am asking for.
I only want an official acknowledgment that you completed the task. Nothing more.
(3) WHAT IF...
If the “Completed surveys” page is no longer available to you, simply type up, sign and turn in a memo addressed to me affirming you
completed the task. This memo can be as simple as the following.
