SceneDoc is a mobile
investigation and field
documentation platform being
used by law enforcement and
public safety personnel to
securely, accurately and
consistently document scenes.
We improve safety and reduce
risk.
Using SceneDoc in the field
1. Immediate data field entry of location time and weather.
2. Ability to capture photographs of scene and post to report.
3. Field notes and sketch pad offer greater storage of facts as they are discovered.
4. Whether completing USDOT HazMat form, FR300, Fire Reports, all data is stored immediately
and is backed up on the cloud. This eliminates trying to field handwritten notes, etc. after the
incident.
5. Field notes allow you to document clean-up, recovery, lane closures, detours, etc. as they
occur
6. Filed notes allow for documentation of injuries if needed, location of transports of victims,
etc.
7. If you are creative and use your time wisely, when you leave the scene or before, your
report is complete, stored, and can be shared with necessary agencies or supervision.

We were looking for a comprehensive software that would allow for
complete documentation in the field.
Develop a report that met our local needs and provided the necessary
flexibility for different agencies within emergency services.
As we have progressed through the process we have customized
reports for our locality.
Being used by Fire, Emergency Management, we are currently
working to integrate with volunteer fire agencies, EMS, hospital,
VDOT, and our regional partners.
We can produce haz-mat invoices right at the scene and have them
emailed prior to leaving the scene.
