4G Pilot Trip: Illustrative Experiences
Participant experiences quoted from the post-trip survey.
“
The best experience was connecting with the client and knowing
how much our presence and active involvement meant to them. They
were so empowered to move forward with their ideas. Knowing we
brought them some energy and encouragement was quite special.
”
“
Each team stayed up late to do as
much as we could, which shows how
deeply engaged and passionate we
were about our work.

I learned my own development areas and
things I need to improve upon that weren't
necessarily presented in my everyday office

life and career.
