Over 30 Years of Combined Personnel Experience.
Professional Land Surveyors, P.S.C. (PLS,P.S.C.) was established in 2001 and
registered in the Puerto Rico Department of State as a professional services
corporation with registry number 1,695-CP. PLS, P.S.C. provides surveying and
engineering services to the construction, civil, government, commercial, and industrial
sectors. It is owned and managed by one Director and has a total of 3 full time and 5
part time employees in Levittown, Puerto Rico
PLS, P.S.C. carries the following insurances:
•Commercial General Liability Coverage, Universal Insurance Company
•Workman Compensation, Corporacion del Fondo del Seguro del Estado, PR
Our main service is the typical Land Surveying type of work, but we are working to
expand our scope to provide other type of measurement and monitoring services.
These will include remote sensing, geophysical explorations, Industrial equipment and
facilities 3D survey. Our philosophy is to always produce high quality work and satisfy
our clients.
During his short period as a company, PLS, P.S.C. have provided services throughout
Puerto Rico. In the last two years we have completed about 30 projects that range
from simple Location Plans to Establishment of Horizontal Controls using GPS.

Cave plans specialist, His cave plans have been used as base for
the tourist-commercial development of caves in the Rio Camuy
basin. For instances, the development of “Cueva Clara de
Empalme del Sistema de Cuevas del Río Camuy.” Due to his
experience, he has been selected to form part of several
scientific teams that include USGS research personnel and
scientists from Penn State University and other Universities. Mr.
Carrasquillo was instrumental in the documentation of caves in
Mona Island (west of Puerto Rico). He is an experienced
speleologist and has offered various trainings and workshops in
the area of cave cartography.
