Tenderers should ensure efficient and clear transition planning in the proposed method for delivery of the Supplies. GRDC will provide reasonable assistance in relation to transition of the Supplies. Conflict of Interest 3. At the time of submitting its tender, the Tenderer has made reasonable enquiries and is not aware of any Conflict of Interest, other than those disclosed in its tender (in Part C1), that exists or may arise in the provision of the Supplies should the Tenderer be successful as a result of this RFT process.
