Dear Parents,
Welcome to your child’s 4th week of SUMMER CAMP!

Our team has put together themes, activities and a list of reminders and
things to bring; please look below.
In our policy there are no makeup days or switching days for missed summer
camp days, holidays, and sick days.
Please read over our policy and instruction attachment provided for more
IMPORTANT information.
Late pick up will be charged: $1.00 per minute starting after 2:31 pm. All
late fees’ will be collected and be given to the staff who stayed behind with
the child(ren).
Please prepare children swim pack every day “but Friday’s”.
Water play may be cancelled without notice if weather condition is poor
(raining, heat alert and etc.) and in the case swim pack will not be
needed for the day.

Notice and Things to Reminder:
Sunscreen:
Please apply sunscreen protection before coming to camp.
Staffs are unable to assist on helping children to apply/reapply sunscreen,
please be sure to have sunscreen on your child before coming to camp.
Extra Clothes:
Please place your child`s clothes in a large zip-lock bag labeled with their
names, and the camp counselors will place the bag of extra clothes in their
personal bins in our preschool cubby room. All items belonging to your child
MUST BE labeled with your child`s name.
Water Bottle:
Children`s water bottle and outdoor hats will be placed special bins, all items
belonging to your child MUST BE labeled with your child`s name.
Swimming:
All children swim wear, towel, and water shoe should be placed in one
backpack and all items belonging to your child MUST BE labeled with your
child`s name.
Toilet Trained:
Just a reminder; all children in our summer program are required to be toilet
trained, however we understand there may be some accidents here and
there. In the case when a child has an accident be advised we will call you
and require someone to come in to help clean and change the child if they
have accidents in their underwear or pull-ups.
