DSC SALES & MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR JOB DESCRIPTION TITLE: LOCATION: SUPERVISOR: WORK HOURS: JOB CLASSIFICATION: SALES AND MARKETING ADMINISTRATOR VAIL/BEAVER CREEK & CORPORATE OFFICES PRESIDENT, VICE PRESIDENT SALES & MARKETING AND DIRECTOR OF SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT 40 HOURS A WEEK NON-EXEMPT, HOURLY POSITION (ELIGIBLE FOR OVERTIME) JOB CONCEPT The Sales & Marketing Administrator will be responsible for planning and support of the sales and marketing disciplines, specifically for the President, Vice President Sales and Marketing and Director of Sales/Business Development. Duties include but are not limited to CRM & database analysis and management, project management and execution, internal sales and marketing communication and presentations, financial collaboration and budget review, pre/post client travel support and general office support. SKILL REQUIREMENTS 1. Minimum 1-3 years executive or sales and marketing administrative experience 2. Strong administrative and organizational skills with aptitude for attention to detail 3. Experience with Word, Excel, Publisher, Web programs, LinkedIn, Facebook, Blog 4. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills 5. Experience with budget development and management 6. Able to juggle tasks and set priorities on a daily, and weekly basis as needed 7. Prior experience in managing projects and meeting deadlines 8. Preferred knowledge of office machines (fax, copier, color printer, etc.) PHYSICAL JOB REQUIREMENTS 1. Extensive typing, keyboard skills 2. Sitting for lengthy periods at a time at a computer monitor 3. Ability to perceive color 4. Mental ability to deal with deadlines, and last minute requests 5.
