Key Purpose of the role
This is a permanent, full time role, to be based at 1 Oakwood Square, Cheadle Royal Business
Park.
The key purpose is to provide an internal Design and Web function that provides all the relevant
departments with the design service required to enable the business to deliver targets set.
Key Tasks

Group website
- Process monthly changes to The Mansion Group Website
- Update current vacancies

Mansion Student Letting Cycle
- Maintain & keep updated Mansion Student website
- Process any site information changes on the Mansion Student Website
- Design and produce promotional flyers and Posters
- Produce the marketing campaign with the Marketing Manager
- Maintain stock of all site marketing material
- Design marketing material for India and China representatives for fairs,
events and use on the International section of the website
- Produce designs for third parties

The Mansion Group Staff Intranet
- Update all new starter/Leaver details
- Update Job Descriptions
- Update current vacancies

MSAF & PAIF (Funds)
- Produce monthly MSAF & PAIF Newsletters.
- Assist in all yearly reprints in marketing material
- Update all Standard Application Forms

New site set up
- Produce new site posters
- Produce new staff ID cards
- Design and order site business cards
- Print all site brochures for issue

Other Ad Hoc
- Design and order all corporate stationery and business cards
- In house design of all internal and external presentation/reports to ensure in
standard Mansion Format
- Assist in the production of all marketing material for all ad hoc project work
- Provide holiday cover for the Marketing Manager
- Administration and assist in general Marketing & Design housekeeping

Academic Qualifications

Degree or equivalent
Job-specific Qualifications


Mac System Knowledge
Working knowledge of Adobe Creative
Suite including Dreamweaver and in
design (desirable)
Illustrator and Photoshop
Web Programming HTML and CSS
Powerpoint, Excel and Word (desirable)


Experience (in years)

Minimum 1 year experience of working in
a design environment. Vacation work
whilst studying is acceptable
