Every time, the Orgatec Fair brings us plenty of unforgettable moments full of new energy and great inspirations.

Nowy Styl Group has been taking part in this prestigious event since 1996 when its products were presented for the first time to such a large audience.

If it hadn’t been for this challenge the company took up almost 20 years ago, it wouldn’t be so successful now.

Who are we?

Nowy Styl Group is the 4th biggest manufacturer of office chairs and furniture in Europe and one of the most dynamically growing furniture companies in Europe and the world.

The Group’s comprehensive offer comprising 6 product brands (Nowy Styl, BN Office

Solution, Grammer Office, Rohde & Grahl, Forum Seating and Baltic Wood) offering seating, furniture, and floors has been meeting customers’ needs for years. Nowy Styl Group is a privately owned company and has been present on the market since 1992. Thanks to its experience, the company is able to deliver products to over 100 countries around the

world. 85% of its revenue comes from export markets – mainly Western Europe. Nowy Styl

Together with Rohde & Grahl for the first time!

For the first time Nowy Styl Group is presenting its solutions at Orgatec Fair together with the newest brand in its portfolio – Rohde & Grahl. Acting on its growth strategy Nowy Styl

Group in June 2013 purchased a manufacturer of chairs, office furniture, reception

counters, armchairs and soft seating – Rohde & Grahl. With this acquisition Nowy Styl

Group has increased its turnover on the German market, expanded its distribution network and added more ergonomic chairs and premium furniture to its product portfolio.

At this year’s Orgatec Fair Nowy Styl Group presents 1200 m2 of office solutions designed to meet customers’ needs. While designing this year’s exposition, the company has taken various trends and studies connected with the modern office into consideration. The

Group’s intention has been to show customers the complexity of its offer and the best design. Nowy Styl Group has worked hard to ensure that all of their products work harmoniously together and complement each other when installed into a fluid and functional working environment.

The philosophy of Nowy Styl Group relies on certain values that we strongly believe in. They are all reflected in the solutions and projects we create and which aid in arranging a good working space.

Play&Work

The Play&Work system, designed by WertelOberfell studio, has all you need to create working conditions ensuring the most effective teamwork. The specially designed ladder- shaped metal panel, to which you can fix extra accessories and shelves, allows to

communicate freely without separating your from the person sitting opposite. While, the possibility of choosing colours allows you to reflect your individual style in the organisation of your workstation.

The best offer for marketing departments' workers is the system of desks integrated with high cabinets. Modern-coloured light desks with U-shaped metal legs are a design supporting creativity. Their integration with cabinets aids in keeping workstations in perfect order even during everyday creative work. High cabinets not only help to divide meeting zones, but most importantly, provide enough space for storing important materials.

Regardless of the type of tasks we carry out, everybody sometimes needs to work in the quiet. There are also professions or posts that are based on individual work. Therefore, the process of designing an office has to focus on arranging a space performing different functions and meeting various needs.

High cabinets fixed to Play&Work desks allow to isolate workstations from the hustle and bustle of everyday office work. Upholstered panels create an additional barrier that

improves the acoustic comfort and helps to concentrate on particular tasks. Isolated workstations are an indispensable element of those departments where telephone conversations occupy most of the time, e.g. sales support departments. The Blazer fabric specially designed for Play&Work panels improves the acoustic properties of the foam filling their structure.

Play&Work desks, thanks to their intuitive height adjustment, are also perfect for rooms designed for working in the quiet. Their height can be easily adjusted to different users.

Desks with the T-shaped base are available with manual adjustment (also with a crank) or electric one. While, desks with the U-shaped base are available only with manual adjustment. vote® white

vote® chair designed by Daniel Figueroa, provides a comfortable and dynamic sitting. With an innovative backrest frame it ensures maximum comfort and ergonomic support for the spine. A very important element of the chair the patented mesh: wovenit® that covers the

backrest. To meet expectations of those who really appreciate good design, we have created the vote® white. Now each swivel chair model from the wide vote® portfolio is available in a

white version. It combines the advanced technology and modern design with an unquestionable sitting comfort.

Sail NPR, Sail Plus

With many versions and available options, The Sail designed by Ray Carter is adaptable to the individual requirements of the user. The product family has been supplemented with

two new versions: Sail SC NPR corresponds to the Dutch practice guideline NPR 1813 and provides 4 cm more seat depth adjustment (total: 10 cm) and as an option 4-D-armrests with

360° rotatable armrest pads. The variance Sail Plus offers a fully upholstered backrest which is available on all models of Sail.

4ME & 2ME

The 4ME chair has been created by Martin Ballendat to meet the needs of the modern employee. Thanks to the S-MOVE mechanism it makes biodynamic sitting possible. Backrest and seat movement on a 4:1 ratio means that as you lean back in the chair, your feet stay on the ground. In addition, it perfectly supports the user’s back even in a reclining position. The

product line has been supplemented with 4ME Mesh. We have also added few functional

solutions: headrest, lumbar support and the new SELF mechanism. Now the 4ME portfolio is much more comprehensive and meets the requirements of the professional market and our customers.

4ME swivel chairs can be complemented with 2ME visitor chairs, available as a cantilever model and a four-legged model. The coherent character of the entire product line has been achieved through the use of specially designed spherical mounting brackets, whose extra function is cushioning movements of the backrest. They give the chair more lightness, while maintaining its unique character. The chair will be a great complement to a conference

room, office or meeting space. Among the various models of the 2ME chair to choose from there are both stackable and nonstackable versions.

Intrata PRO

The pro line complements our vast collection of Intrata chairs: a unique solution for all uses and all body types! Intrata PRO line is comprised of Manager, Task, Operative and Mesh

versions. We have strengthened quality control to ensure that the highest standards are met. A wide range of adjustment options for the user’s weight and height have been selected: 3D armrests, adjustable headrest, lumbar support and synchronous mechanism that can be upgraded.

We have refreshed the design by removing the gas lift cover and using black polyamide base as a standard. To improve the comfort of seating, a two-layer foam has been used in the seat. The upholstery stretching is minimalised by stitching across the seat.

Fano seat plus

The new version of the Fano chair is a product for those who value comfort and excellent design. The characteristic shell made of durable polypropylene has been supplemented with upholstered cushion. This solution perfectly fits into spaces such as waiting areas or

canteens. Fano seat plus gives much more possibilities to play with colour arrangement thanks to the wide range of upholsteries in our collection. xio® motion & OrgaTower

To meet the employees’ needs, the xio® furniture portfolio has been expanded with xio®

motion line. New products allow you to create an ergonomic workplace thanks to the wide range of bases with electrical height adjustment and upholstered panels with accessories, such as a shelf for a laptop or monitor mounting bracket. A great choice of desk tops sizes and shapes ensures the proper adjustment of the system to any office. For greater functionality, the desk can be configured with the new OrgaTower. A distinguishing feature of the product is the wide range of accessories such as shelves for documents and personal items. An important addition is the possibility of fitting the OrgaTower with a Netbox socket.

K50

The new K50 series of cabinets is an innovative modular solution tailored to meet today’s office trends. Various modules available in three heights (1, 2 or 3 OH) can be freely configured up to 5 OH. Combining them together is quick, easy and tool free. It allows you to change the system of cabinets depending on your needs while maintaining, at the same time, stability and security. Items can be combined in the back / front system creating twosided configurations. An interesting addition is back made of plexiglass in different colours, which increases the possibility of product personalisation to even greater extent. sand

The designer Vincent van der Horst from “crystallize – allround design” has developed

sand. He has perfectly facilitated the demands of modern work and communication. Sand office furniture offers endless variations and combinations to shape an office space. For this purpose only environmentally friendly fabrics and elements from rapidly renewable wood are being used. The system responds to number of contemporary trends, especially collaborative working environments. Thanks to its configurability, it also responds to different working styles of people from different generations. The product range consists of the sand cabinet system, the sand table system and the dividing wall system.

Hexa

According to a report by CoreNet Global, in the future, cooperation will be the most important factor determining office arrangement. Because of the popularity of the Desk

Sharing trend, currently 60% of office space is taken up by desks, and 30% by space for cooperation. Hexa, designed by Przemysław “Mac” Stopa fits perfectly into this trend, as it is a place for meetings but also a separate module connected with a table. We have developed the Hexa product line with the Hexa Wall and dedicated tables (rectangular,

trapezoidal) and the Hexa stool. Hexa Wall arrangements are perfect places for a video conference, with the screen which can be hung on the wall. Tables can be fitted out with electric sockets as well as USB, HDMI and VGA ports, allowing work with multiple devices.

Wiring is tastefully hidden in the wall and under the desk. Additional elements such as a pinboards or a screen can be hung on the wall, making Hexa the perfect place for

brainstorming. The Hexa stool is a mobile, additional seat that matches the hexagonal design of the sofas.
