Driving SAP Continual Process Improvement Leveraging Winshuttle at Canada Post
Learn how Canada Post, one of Canada’s largest SAP implementations, is utilizing WinShuttle to realize business
value in SAP by automating core business processes. Canada Post uses Winshuttle to optimize the collection,
validation, approval, and entry of SAP data in areas that include: Finance, HR, Master Data, and Sales Distribution.
The focus of this presentation includes: identifying the business opportunities, building the internal business case,
business collaboration with IT, the gains achieved, and lessons learned.

SCI Logistics Group Uses GLSU to Increase Productivity in Finance Team
Like many SAP user organizations, SCI Logistic Group used a homegrown Excel upload tool to post journal entries. The
tool had many shortcomings which resulted in inefficiencies and posting delays. Learn how they implemented Z
Option’s GLSU tool as part of a Corporate initiative to improve day-to-day JE processing. In addition to improving
efficiency , the project significantly improved tool usability, enabled validation of JEs before submission to SAP and
other improvements.

City of Kitchener: Implementing SAP for Utilities to Improve Service Delivery

The City of Kitchener is mid-way through its implementation of SAP for Utilities. In 2008, Kitchener launched SAP
Financials and in 2016 SAP Utilities will be deployed for Gas, Water, Storm water and Property Taxes; a first in
Ontario. This project serves as a catalyst for improved Corporate reporting using HANA, a new Customer Portal using
MCF and business continuity assurance utilizing Hitachi environments.
