The following questions will be asked of you when you apply for the bridge program. We
recommend having all answers ready in advance. The essays questions can be easily cut and
paste into the application text boxes. Should you have any issues, please contact 503-7254631.
You may start and leave the application, but remember you must complete the application on

an off-site residential program (September 22, 9am- September 24, 4pm), September 25 (PSU orientation
9am-5pm) as well as participate and attend all S3 seminars at 4pm-5:30pm on the listed dates: October
4, 11,18, 25; November 1, 8, 15, 29. 2.
