A self-motivated and intelligent graduate with over three years of work experience in hardware and
networking in providing computer repair services as a part of self-employment. Works well in a team towards

Sandwich Artist
 Working as a team to produce 80-120 sandwiches during busy lunchtimes with a target to achieve £400 per
hour.
 Taking the order from customers to preparing their sandwiches and taking the payment efficiently. Each
customer was served within 1 minute and 40 seconds.
 Keeping all surfaces and floor clean for hygiene purpose and to maintain a safe working environment for
other team members.
 As a senior member of the restaurant, I am responsible for training a maximum of two new recruits from
taking orders which includes preparing sandwiches and processing the payment from the tills to cleaning
tasks during their shift.
 All staff members are required to take test that cover information on various aspects of the restaurant. I
have completed all the tests and can be trained as a manager when a position becomes available.
 I received a pay rise and acknowledgement of my performance each year.
2009 to Present - Self Employment
Computer Repair Services
Duties & Responsibilities:
 The business started as a recommendation service when friends recommended my service to their family
and friends. Later, I posted adverts on small shops to gain a greater customer base.
 Visiting clients’ homes to assist them with repairing of all sorts of computer hardware and software
problems in any kind of operating system (Windows, Linux, and Mac). I usually undertake 4-5 repairs per
week depending on my schedule with the other job.
 I mostly solve problems related to software, such as help clients install OS and other software and setup
new PC’s and laptops, remove malware and restore them with new protection software, make backups
and partition them. 90% of the problems can be solved from the first visit.
 Maintain an up-to-date knowledge about latest technologies and devices by reading online articles and
browsing products from retail shops.

Senior Crew Member
Duties & Responsibilities:
 Take orders and serve customers quickly and ensure that all transactions and orders are accurate. Other
responsibilities include advising customers about food products and dealing with complaints.
 Achieved a sales target of 200 EURO per hour.
 Ensure work surfaces are clean at all times and entrusted with responsibility for stock taking which
includes bring down all the ingredients for food preparation as well as other necessary equipment such as
cups, plates and napkins from the stockroom and training new recruits in the dining area.
 As a senior crew member, I was responsible for supervising all junior members to ensure that all junior
members were doing their work properly.
 I initially started off as an apprentice and got two promotions. First they trained me to become a junior
crew member and finally a senior crew member.

them. Instead of developing a mobile application, I developed a mobile site modifying the CSS used in the
website.
