ADMISSION AND GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS FOR THE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS: All students who qualify for admission to MSCD are eligible to
declare a major or minor in the School of Business. Declaring a major or minor is the first step in the process of receiving appropriate advising. A
student should declare a major as soon as possible by contacting an academic advisor, department chair, or faculty member. New and transfer
students intending to major in business are encouraged to see an advisor in the appropriate department before registering for classes.
It is recommended that majors consult with their department advisor within the first semester of reaching junior status.
