It is the tallest commercial twin towers in Dubai having 52 story high rise building with Business offices, retail shops,
restaurant, fast food shop, Coffee Shop Premier Health & Fitness Club, Landscape & irrigation
Property Management: I am responsible for tenancy management, meeting Tenants on a regular basis with regard to
leasing issues, showing prospective Tenants office space, retail shops, providing MEP drawings etc to Fit out.
Contractors, making final inspection of offices upon vacating of office space by Tenants.
General Facilities Management :I am responsible for overall administration of Twin towers, Security services,
Cleaning services, Help Desk, Outsourced Companies like contractors for external window cleaning, BMUs, Pest
control, Landscape & irrigation, Staff management. I conduct a fire evacuation of the building on a six monthly basis
twice a year in line with mandatory requirement of Dubai Civil Defence.
Technical services Management: I am responsible for planned preventive maintenance of plant room & managing
MEP services encompassing, Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC , Fully addressable Fire fighting & Fire
Detection system through the outsourced contractors, Third Party inspection of Elevators, Escalators, BMUs, Water
tanks cleaning & disinfection on six monthly basis twice a year as per Mandatory requirements of Dubai Municipality

 Undertook and supervised the following refurbishment projects.
 Wall paper & carpets were replaced in guest rooms of Avari Hotel a 4 Star business hotel in Deira Dubai. Bath tub
resurfacing job was successfully carried out.
 Renovated five floors of Towers rotana hotel Dubai
 Guest rooms of Pearl Continental Hotel, Rawalpindi, ,
 Hyatt Regency Hotel and Towers, Makkah: Residential apartments which is part of the Hotel building.

Eighteen years at sea as a Marine Engineer hands-on experience of the Ship operation, maintenance and trouble
shooting of the plant which is similar to the hotel engineering operations.
