officially public listed in Shanghai Exchange April 1, 2004, as the first listed Power Company of
china.

Technique principle
DPC Non-Electric atomization cooling tower, take full use of the press existed in the circulating
water system. the press water goes into the " fog Spray rotating device" on the bottom of the tower
through the inlet pipe and turned to be the spray fog sprayed from the nozzle, under the push force
by the fog spray the nozzle and the blade are rotated at the same time, by which rotation force, the
central fugal is generated to increase the pressure of the flow centrifugal, and the spray flow is
even faster. In turn, it also accelerates the atomization and increased the speed of atomization
rotation, finally conversion the most of the energy of the water into the wind energy, enable the
hot water fog flow and the cold air to be fully exchanged, and then the purpose of dropping
temperature by the circulating water is reached.

Take a steel plant as an example, in 2008, the cooling tower of the steel plant was renovated as the
Non-Electric type of cooling tower. For example , a cooling tower of 1200 m3 / h, which with the
electricity charged 0.55 Yuan/Kw, 24 hours a day and 330 days/year, the annual electricity savings
by using MDPEG series of the Non-Electric atomization cooling tower as: 45KWX24 hours
X330 days X0.55 Yuan / kWh X1 =196,020 Yuan, in which the fan motor is replaced. It saved the
costs( total power consumption 6%) by motor repairing and maintenance is: 196020 x 0.06 =
11761 Yuan; after the renovation the total saving cost of the year approximately : 196020
+11761 = 207,781 Yuan; reducing loss of the water-drift after renovation :1200013x1 X330 - day
X24 hours X 0.002 X 3.8 Yuan / ton = 72,230 Yuan ; save packing cost annually about 5,000
