Review the evaluation form and ensure that it conforms to the training as you delivered it. Edit as
needed.
Be sure to print enough copies of the test and evaluation forms for all participants. (Print a
couple of extras as well.)

25 minutes
Show PPTs 1-4 to introduce the test with a bit of humor. Pass out the test forms and tell the
participants they will have 20 minutes to complete the final test.
Collect them at the end of 20 minutes. Try to correct and grade them before the participants
leave the workshop. (If they are all based in-country, they can be left, as well, with the country
director.
Keep a file of the grades received by each participant.
Evaluation
20 minutes
Distribute the evaluation forms. Collect them before participants leave the room. Once all forms
are collected, thank the participants for their hard work and have whoever is to close the
workshop formally do so.
