abovementioned property. I/We note that the statutory vendor searches which
Hallam & Littlewood will obtain for me/us on our behalf, are estimated at $150.00
(plus GST) and our professional fees on the preparation of the Contract for Sales
Listing will be $250.00 (plus GST).
