stored procedures (T-SQL) to streamline jobs, created DTS packages and scheduled jobs.

Russell Reynolds Associates

Added several new functionality requirements to Client Feedback (an in-house application
responsible for surveying clients either after placement or assignment cancellation). Client
Feedback is a core application to Russell Reynolds. It employs Detailed Crystal Reporting,
Executive Assessments, Assignment Queuing, Recruiter Searching, Consultant Queues,
Administrative tasks, as well as overall score tabulations and survey feedback. All of which I had
to either enhance or completely rewrite.
Responsible for the @RRA which is the Sharepoint Extra/Intranet portal for Russell Reynolds.
Currently writing Webparts for custom reporting, and user interfaces for departments like HR,
Finance, Legal, Consumer. Installed 3rd party webparts (Bamboo Solutions, ex. Weather WP), and
customized WP for Russell Reynolds.
Conducted several research & development task for proof of concept regarding Streaming Media
via Silverlight on Sharepoint. Also using Windows Media Services to broadcast video via
Sharepoint.
Created several Extranet sites via MOSS for high profile clients. Created several Crystal Reports
as well as SQL SSRS reports for the business.

Technical lead for rewriting current site, Welcomewagon.com, worked closely with upper management
to create exact business rules for site. Wrote main logic for Local Business Directory, including
distance calculations, map rendering and registration of users as well as reporting for back office
review and forecasting.
Created in house data entry system that populates this site with client data, as well as FTP logic for
uploading logos to host system at parent company (California – WAN). System used daily by some
50+ users as well as customer service. Constant contact with parent company to insure business rules
and implementation of enhancements to the site. Used Oracle for the database backend.
Created several applications (web & stand alone) to facilitate the creation of dynamic print products
such as, sales collateral, direct mail, statistics of services rendered, etc. Used .Net, Indesign and
XMPIE to achieve this. Worked with other developers (in house and parent company) to create our
current fulfillment process.
Created Web Services for current mapping solutions (ESRI & Microsoft) which is still being used by
Move & Welcomewagon.
Always worked with management to create .NET or VB solutions to office issues, whether it is a
simple research application, a complex SQL data retrieval reporting module, a front end web
application to create data entry stats, creation of Classes for easy scripting or launch full on print jobs
that talk to applications that I wrote for the iGen. Wrote daily automated processes and DST packages
for filtering and cleaning data, packaging data to corporate and launching daily archiving.
