Your information and ideas will come from your textbook, personal visits, travel agencies, libraries, or internet research. You will create your brochure by following the Brochure Template attached to this sheet. You may use Microsoft Publisher or create your own brochure by cutting and pasting information onto an 8 ½ by 11” sheet of paper. I have attached easy directions for you, if you want to use Microsoft Publisher. Make sure you read the Travel Brochure Rubric so that you know exactly what you are expected to include in your brochure and how to earn the best grade possible for this project. Select “Publications for Print.” 3. Select “Brochure.” 4. Click on whichever brochure appeals to you. 5. Wait for the template to load. 6. Cancel the menu for Personal Information that will pop up as soon as the template loads. 7. Select “three panel.” This will give you six panels to fill – notice the numbers 1 and 2 at the bottom of the page. They represent the page numbers. 8. As you click in to each area of the brochure, it will be highlighted in some way. You are then able to fill in with the information you have found regarding your topic. NOTE: You can delete the given boxes and create new text boxes and interest pictures. If you need help, please ask! 9. Follow the brochure template that is attached, so you include all necessary information. 10. You may use any colors or fonts, so long as your information is clear and readable. 11.
