Chocolate Martini
16 oz creme de cacao or Godiva Liquor
16 oz vanilla vodka
chocolate syrup
1qt half and half
Hershey kisses
Mix all liquids in Quick Stir Pitcher. Place rim of martini glass in chocolate syrup, then
dip in cocoa powder (optional) Place kiss in bottom of glass, add martini and enjoy!
Pina Colada (with Rum)
46 oz can pineapple juice
18 oz Malibu rum
16 oz can cream of coconut (in the wine section at stores)
Mix all in Quick Stir pitcher with ice
Mimosa Punch
12 oz can thawed orange juice concentrate
1-2 bottles sparkling wine or champagne
1 liter club soda
Put orange juice in gallon Quick Stir Pitcher. Pump to soften. Add 4 c cold club soda, fill
with sparkling wine and pump to mix. Add crushed ice, if desired
Yummy Lime Summer Sipper
12 oz can frozen lemonade 4 c lime sherbet
2 liter Sprite
Pour lemonade into Quick Stir Pitcher. Add 2 c of sherbet, plunge till well mixed. Fill
pitcher with sprite. Can garnish glasses with lime slice.
Tropical Cooler (non Alcoholic)
1 large orange
46 oz can pineapple juice
½ bottle pina colada mix
2 liter bottle Sprite
Score orange with Lemon Zester, slice with Ultimate Mandoline into Gallon Quick
Stir Pitcher. Add juice and mix, plunge, and fill pitcher with sprite.

COSMO RECIPE
ONE part Lemon Vodka
ONE part Orange Liqueur (like Triple Sec)
TWO parts Cranberry Juice (a good 100% one) Cran/Pomegranate works well too for a
Pom Cosmo!
Half a squeezed Lime (for our new Martini shaker) or more to taste (citrus press is a
must have) add ice and shake to 'bruise' the vodka.
Serve in glasses without ice.
CRANBERRY FIZZ
4 limes, divided
1 can (12oz) frozen cranberry concentrate
3 cups cold water
1 pint raspberry or strawberry sorbet
2 liters (8 cups) chilled ginger ale
Slice two limes and add to family size quick stir pitcher along with cranberry juice
concentrate and water. Juice two remaining limes into pitcher and scoop in sorbet.
Lunge to combine. Add ginger-ale and mix well. Serve over ice.
Margaritas (aka Beer Ritas)
1 cup tequila
1 lg frozen limeade
1 corona beer
1 can 7up
Add the above to your Quick Stir Pitcher, plunge and enjoy!
Pink Panty Pull Downs
1 can of frozen pink lemonade
2 fruity wine coolers
2 beers
4-8oz of vodka, rum, or tequila
Mix in quick stir pitcher and serve over ice....this fits in the 2 qt nicely...double for the
family pitcher

Fresh-Squeezed Lemonade
6 Cups water, ¾ - 1 Cups sugar, 3 - 4 Lemons
Place sugar and water in pitcher and plunge to help dissolve sugar. Juice one lemon and
add juice to pitcher. Thinly slice rest of lemons and plunge. Add ice. To make more,
simply reuse sliced lemons and add the other ingredients. *Tip: for sweeter lemons:
choose rounder ones with more effaced nipples.
Strawberry Lemonade
¾ cup sugar, 6 cups very cold water, 2 large lemons (use 3 if small), 16 oz frozen
strawberries in syrup OR, 1 pint fresh strawberries (chopped) (use 1 C sugar instead of
the ¾ cup)
Mix the sugar and water in Quick Stir pitcher.... Plunge until sugar is dissolved. Squeeze
the juice from the lemons into pitcher. Pour 16 oz of half-frozen strawberries (frozen in
syrup) into pitcher. Then "pump" pitcher a few times to break up the strawberries and
serve.
Strawberry Lemonade Quencher
1 container frozen strawberry daiquiri mix, 1 cup fresh lemon juice, 3/4 c sugar, 10 cups
water, whole fresh strawberries for garnish
Add all ingredients (except strawberries) to family sized Quick-Stir Pitcher. Plunge until
well mixed.
Orange Plunge-Sicle
1 pint vanilla ice cream, slightly softened, 2 cans (12 oz.) frozen orange juice
concentrate, thawed, 6 cups milk, 1 can (15 oz) mandarin orange slices, undrained and
mashed
Place all ingredients in the family sized Quick-Stir Pitcher and plunge until thick and
frothy.

Crème-Sicle Punch
Half-gallon of orange sherbet and vanilla combined (the half and half package), 2 liters
of Sprite or 7-Up
Place all ingredients in the family sized Quick-Stir Pitcher and plunge until thick and
frothy.
*Variation: Use any flavored half-gallon of sherbet
Strawberry Pineapple Slush
1 10 oz can Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri, 1 10 oz can water, 1 12 oz can frozen pineapple
juice concentrate, 1 12 oz can water, 7-up
Mix together and freeze in tubs. Makes 5 tubs. Pour 7-up over shaved ice in Pitcher and
plunge.
Frosty Citrus Cooler
6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, 2 cups apple
juice, 1 bottle ginger ale or 7-up
Thaw juice concentrates and mix together with apple juice. Divide among 3 tubs and
freeze until firm. Scoop shaved ice into small cups and fill with ginger ale or empty all
tubs into family sized Quick-Stir Pitcher, plunge and serve immediately.
Champagne Punch
2 cups water, 23 oz pineapple juice, 1 Tbs. lime juice, 1 14 oz bottle carbonated water , 6
oz can frozen lemonade, 1/2 cup + 2 Tbs. Sugar, 1 28 oz bottle chilled champagne
Combine water & lemonade. Stir in pineapple juice, sugar, and lime juice. Freeze.. To
serve, slowly pour champagne & carbonated water over shaved mixture or empty all
tubs into family sized Quick-Stir Pitcher, plunge and serve immediately.

Margarita Slush
2 cans Bacardi frozen margarita mix , 2 cans water, Tequila
Mix 1 can Bacardi frozen margarita mix and 1 can water and freeze in the three ice
shaver tubs. Mix the second can of concentrate and 1 can water in your Quick Stir
Pitcher. Add 1/2 can tequila (optional) and stir. Use Ice Shaver to make margarita slush.
Tiramisu Slush
3 tubs frozen Tiramisu Ice (below), 4 cups cold brewed coffee, 1 container (8 ounces)
fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed
Remove frozen mixture from tubs; shave using Ice Shaver. Place shaved ice in FamilySize Quick-Stir Pitcher. Add coffee and whipped topping; plunge to mix. Pour into
glasses and serve immediately.
Tiramisu Ice
3 cups milk, 1/4 cup instant coffee granules, 3/4 cup chocolate-flavored syrup, 2
teaspoons rum extract
In Classic Batter Bowl, whisk milk and instant coffee granules using Stainless Steel
Whisk; let stand 5 minutes or until dissolved. Add chocolate syrup and rum extract.
Divide mixture evenly among 3 Ice Shaver tubs; freeze until firm. Remove frozen
mixture from tubs; shave using Ice Shaver. Scoop ice into dessert cups using Medium
Scoop; garnish with toppings, if desired or empty all tubs into family sized Quick-Stir
Pitcher and add 4 cups cold brewed coffee and an 8oz carton of frozen whipped
topping. Plunge and serve immediately.
Cran-Apple Raspberry Freeze/Slush
1 10 oz can Bacardi Strawberry Daiquiri, 1 10 oz can water, 1 12 oz can frozen pineapple
juice concentrate, 1 12 oz can water, 7-up. Mix together and freeze in tubs. Makes 5
tubs. Pour 7-up over shaved ice in Pitcher and plunge.
Frosty Citrus Cooler
6 oz frozen orange juice concentrate, 6 oz frozen lemonade concentrate, 2 cups apple
juice, 1 bottle ginger ale or 7-up Thaw juice concentrates and mix together with apple
juice. Divide among 3 tubs and freeze until firm. Scoop shaved ice into small cups and fill
with ginger ale or empty all tubs into family sized Quick-Stir Pitcher, plunge and serve
immediately.
Minted Ice Tea Slush

2 1/2 cups water, 6 tea bags, 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh mint – chopped, 2 tablespoons
sugar, 3/4 cup unsweetened orange juice, 1 1/2 tablespoons frozen lemonade
concentrate – undiluted, 3 cups club soda -- chilled Pour boiling water over tea and
mint; steep for 5 minutes. Strain and add sugar, orange juice and lemonade
concentrate. Freeze. Place shaved mixture into a pitcher and add club soda. Serve
immediately.
Strawberry Kiwi Delight
Strawberry Kiwi Crystal Light mix, 2 liter 7-up, Mix enough Crystal Light mix to make 2
quarts in 1 quart of water to make the flavor stronger. Freeze and shave. Scoop into
small glasses and fill with 7-up or empty all tubs into family sized Quick-Stir Pitcher,
plunge and serve immediately.
Perfect Party Punch
6 cups chilled cranberry juice cocktail
4 cups chilled ginger ale
1 can (12 ounces) frozen orange-pineapple juice concentrate, thawed
1 orange
Place cranberry juice cocktail, ginger ale and orange-pineapple juice concentrate in
Family-Size Quick-Stir(R) Pitcher. Using Lemon Zester/Scorer, score orange from top to
bottom; cut into slices using Utility Knife. Place slices in pitcher. Plunge until contents
are thoroughly mixed. Serve immediately. (Yield: 12 (1-cup) servings Nutrients per
serving: Calories 140, Total Fat 0 g, Saturated Fat 0 g, Cholesterol 0 mg, Carbohydrate

Sparkling Citrus Cooler
1 can (12 ounces) frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed
1 can (6 ounces) frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1 lemon, 1 lime, 1 orange
2 liters (8 cups) chilled sparkling water
Place lemonade and orange juice concentrate in Family-Size Quick-Stir(R) Pitcher. Using
Lemon Zester/Scorer, score fruit in one continuous spiral, top to bottom. Slice each fruit
into eight wedges using Utility Knife; place four wedges of each fruit into pitcher.
Reserve remaining wedges for garnish. Add sparkling water to pitcher; plunge until
contents are thoroughly mixed. Garnish each glass with one fruit wedge. Serve

Apple Berry Spritzer
2 cans (11.5 ounces each) cranberry juice cocktail concentrate

1 liter (4 cups) chilled sparkling mineral water or club soda
1 bottle (25.4 ounces) chilled sparkling apple cider
1 orange
Pour juice concentrate, sparkling water and cider into Family-Size Quick-Stirä Pitcher;
plunge to mix. Score orange using Lemon Zester/Scorer; cut into thin slices using Utility
Knife. Add orange slices to juice mixture. To serve, pour over ice into tumblers. (Yield:
8 servings Nutrients per serving (1 ®¢® cups): Calories 290, Total Fat 0 g, Saturated Fat
0 g, Cholesterol 0 mg, Carbohydrate 75 g, Protein 0 g, Sodium 20 mg, Fiber 0 g.)
Good Company(R) Frosty Latte
4 cups vanilla ice cream, softened
2 cups cold milk
2 cups brewed Coffee, regular or decaffeinated, cooled completely
1 cup thawed, frozen whipped topping
Pantry Korintje Cinnamon(optional)
Scoop ice cream into Quick-Stir(R) Pitcher using Ice Cream Dipper. Add milk and coffee.
Plunge until thoroughly mixed. Pour latte into ice-filled glasses. Garnish with whipped
topping using Easy Accent(R) Decorator; sprinkle with cinnamon, if desired. (Yield: 6

1 frozen Strawberry Breeze Fruit Juice
2 Corona Beers
2 liters 7 Up
2 cups Tequila

Sex On The Beach Cocktail
Fill the Quick stir pitcher with ice
Add 3 cups of Vodka
Add 3 cups of Peach Schnapps
Add 1 cup of cranberry juice
And fill the rest with Orange Juice
Margarita Punch
2 cans frozen lemonade (12 oz)
1 can frozen limeade (12 oz)
1 can frozen OJ (12 oz)
2 Litre Sprite or 7-up
Fifth of Tequila
Please leave the juices out to thaw and keep the soda cold. I will mix
everything together in my quick stir pitcher!
Sparkling Sangria
Ingredients:
1 bottle (25.4 ounces) red
wine, chilled
1/4 cup sugar
1 orange
1 lemon
1 lime
2 cups lemon-lime flavored
carbonated soda, chilled
Directions:
1.
Open wine bottle using Wine Bottle Opener. Pour wine into QuickStir® Pitcher; add sugar. Plunge until well mixed.
2.
Slice fruit with Utility Knife; add to wine mixture. Refrigerate 3-4
hours to allow flavors to blend.
3.
Add carbonated soda; plunge to mix. Serve immediately.
Yield: 6 servings

Cook’s Tips: Recipe can be easily doubled.
Sparkling White Sangría

Ingredients:
1 orange, thinly sliced
1 bottle (750 mL) dry white
wine
1 lime, thinly sliced
1 can (12 oz/355 mL) lemonlime flavored soda
1 peach, sliced into thin
wedges
Ice cubes
Directions:
1. Cut orange slices in half. Open wine bottle using Wine Bottle Opener.
Combine wine, orange and lime in pitcher. Refrigerate 1 hour to allow
flavors to blend. Stir in soda, peach and ice cubes just before serving.
Yield: 4 servings

Cholesterol 0 mg, Carbohydrate 19 g, Protein 1 g, Sodium 20 mg, Fiber 2 g
Triple Citrus Mojitos
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
1 pkg (.75 oz) fresh mint leaves (about 1 ¼ cups leaves), divided
1 orange
2 lemons
2 limes
½ cup white rum
5 cups chilled lemon lime soda
Combine sugar and water in small batter bowl. Tear six mint leaves in half and place
into quick stir pitcher, set aside. Finely chop remaining mint leaves and place in batter
bowl. Zest orange and one of the lemons and one lime add zest to mint mixture.
Microwave on high 2-3 minutes till sugar dissolves.
Slice orange and both of the lemons and both limes, crosswise. Reserve half of the
lemon and half of the lime for garnish/. Juice remaining lemon and lime halves and add
juice to pitcher. Juice orange and add to pitcher.
Pour mint mixture through strainer into pitcher and discard mint. Add rum. Carefully
add soda. Slice lemon and lime halves and place into pitcher. Serve over ice.
Wedding Cake Martinis
1 ¼ oz vanilla vodka

¼ oz frangelico
2 ½ oz pineapple juice
Splash of grenadine (Rose’s grenadine syrup)
Ice
Shake well. Should be a little frothy. Pour into martini glasses.
Hard Raspberry Lemonade:
Fill Quick Stir Pitcher with Water to a little under the 2L line. Juice 3 lemons with Citrus
Press, add to pitcher with 1 cup of sugar and 6 oz (3/4 cup) Raspberry vodka. Plunge
and serve over ice. AMAZING!!
Frozen Sangria
(for Family size Quick-Stir Pitcher)
1 lrg can frozen limeade
1 lrg can frozen orange juice
2 cans water
1 bottle (1.5 liter) red wine (I used St. Genevieve "Red")
Fill pitcher with Grapefruit Soda (I could only find at HEB)
Mix all together and freeze.
