As discussed in lecture, the guidelines should be established by a team consensus. List the guidelines developed by your team below. As discussed in the first meeting, the group has decided to use Wiki space (springsom301.wikispaces.com) as our communication portal between members. All ideas, problems, and anything else that a member feels needs to be shared between members should b e posted on this website. Email and text messaging will be used as backup methods of communication. The group will hold meetings on Saturday from 2:00 – 5:00 pm or on Monday from 7:00 – 8:40 pm. At least one week’s noticed is needed in order to have a group meeting. Group members will attend meetings on time and will come prepared to present to the group their current position in completing the group project. If anyone needs help in completing their assigned assignments it is up to that group member to contact the rest of the group for additional help. Out of courtesy, it is requested that if members need help in finishing their work they give proper amount of time. In keeping accordance with George Mason University’s policy of plagiarism and Honor code violations each member should have a t least one other member look over and review what they plan to submit as part of the project to avoid any violation.
