I am a mom of 3 children (17, 14 & 7yrs)-responses for teens-Great stuff! Personally & professionally with my 17month old daughter and my high school students. It applies to every part of my life. I will use it in my personal life and work. 18mon old granddaughter 18 yr & 19yr old boys that still, now more than ever need me to be respectful-loving-engaged parent. I work with families from DHS. What was your least favorite part of the presentation? What could he/she improve upon or add to their presentation? I wanted to learn more so maybe a longer amount of time with her. Need to move it along faster…and break it up. Info was good but for us a little repetitive. Wish it was longer! N/A In short need more time to hear/learn. I could have listened longer. Expand the time & info. All if it was great-I do not feel anything needed to be improved. I would just like to complete more of a complete seminar. Lack of interaction w/ students. More time! All the info she provided was interesting. It was kind of short. It would have been nice to expand on limits, consequences, and reinforcing the “unequal” aspect of respectful relationship. All good. She was great! I would love her to share her book. Nothing, she is fantastic. 4. What were your expectations of the guest speaker? Were they met? Why or why not? My expectations were met and then some. Good stuff! Didn’t have any. Not long enough-would like more info on various ages. Yes they were met. Yes I loved her. She rocked it like a rock star. N/A. Was not planning to attend until 8:30 this morning. No expectations only pleasure & gratitude. More tools for my kit to share with my families/clients. My expectations were exactly what I got from the presentation-see #1 Learn parenting skills-yes. More than what I expected; has great ideas. She’s an excellent speaker. She does a great job keeping our attention. Expectations: info and skills on parenting. I think they were met. I came in with an open mind. No expectations so I enjoyed it all.
